All deposits paid to VVIP Events Zante Ltd are refundable if your flight or holiday is cancelled due to Covid 19. We can refund your deposits in full providing we have 14 days notice. Less than 14 days and we can offer a voucher for anytime in the future, the name can also be changed on the voucher. Usually the tour operators will give you a credit towards a future booking which will enable you to move your event dates to your new dates.

We do not anticipate any travel restrictions this Summer. There is no longer a traffic light system or any restrictions other than a PLF form & either proof of vaccination or a negative test result. Therefore, as it stands, if unvaccinated, like millions of people are, then you will need to pay £28 for a rapid antigen test to get in to Zante. There is hope that this measure will also be dropped by the Summer due to Covid now being endemic and much milder.

We may face restrictions about what we can do in Zante in which case we will adapt our events to the situation. Our Plan B event package which we implemented in 2021 was a big success using outdoor venues instead of nightclubs. However, we are confident nightclubs will be open Summer 2022, they are currently open in Greece.

Canceling within 24 hours of any event we are unable to refund as that does not give us anytime to sell your tickets on.
